The staff of the Children-Youth phone is obliged to assist to the monthly Supervision Meetings.

Goal of the Supervision is:

-          Critical reflection with regard to the consultancy work:

•         The improvement of the consultancy-competence of the team
•          The preservation of the mental hygiene of the team
•         The assurance of the quality of the consultancy
•         The extension of the professional knowledge
